Staff Treatment and Service
The majority of reviewers have had positive experiences with the treatment and service they received at the clinic. Caitlin Evans, Ben Thomson, and Claire Brien all mentioned being treated with respect and courtesy by the staff, with one reviewer stating they had been a patient for over 10 years without having any issues. Claire Brien in particular highlighted the friendliness and considerate nature of the staff, stating that she would highly recommend the clinic.
Appointments and Availability
Simeon Roberts mentioned that the clinic is often more available for appointments and new clients than other clinics in the area. This suggests that the clinic prioritizes timely and convenient access to healthcare for its patients.
Complaints and Issues
However, not all reviews were positive. Martin Demosthenous had a negative experience, stating that his file was inactive and he was told they wouldn't see him. He also criticized Tina on the phone for being smug and arrogant. The only other negative review came from Tim Tim, who while seeming to enjoy his experience at the clinic, did mention having his clown shoes run over at a farm.
