Our Story
Established in 1857, The Oxford Scholar Hotel has been a staple of Melbourne's northern end of Swanston Street for over 160 years. With a rich history dating back to the Victorian gold rush era, our hotel has consistently provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the community. In 2019, we underwent a significant redevelopment, transforming our space into a vibrant bar and eatery, situated in the heart of the recently transformed RMIT City campus.
