Originating in Sydney's eastern suburbs, we have been serving the Adelaide CBD since 2003. Our exercise physiology-based training systems are managed by a tertiary qualified fitness professional, ensuring you receive the highest standard of service.

Our systems are designed to keep you healthy, happy, functional, and successful in your daily life. We discover your potential and encourage it in a safe and professional manner. We dispel common myths about exercise and diet and show you the correct, sustained approach.
The Studio
Our training is conducted in a studio space that combines strength, cardio, functional, and boxing equipment. We offer limited memberships for PT clients, maintaining an exclusive space for trainers and their clients. We also have a private room for health and fitness assessments, change rooms, and a bathroom.
Principal Trainer - Anthony Schinella
Anthony Schinella, with 28 years of experience, is a highly qualified and experienced personal trainer. He holds a B.App. Sc (Exercise and Sports Science), B.Sc (Honours in Physiology), Certificate in Exercise Rehabilitation, and Certificate in Pilates. His services include one-on-one, couples, and small group training, nutritional advice, exercise rehabilitation, strength and fitness for running events, Pilates (floor and ball), disease management, exercise physiology (non-medicare), fitness assessments, and lifestyle counselling.

Pricing
- Personal Training (10 session block)
- 60 min PT: $800 +GST ($88 /session)
- 45 min PT: $700 +GST ($77 /session)
- 30 min PT: $500 +GST ($55 /session)
- Add $100 +GST for couples training
- Group training available on request.
- Booking of studio space available on request.
- Session by session payment available on request.
Memberships (monthly - no lock ins)
- Client M/ship: $60 +GST
- Non client M/ship: $80 +GST
Program Prescription
- $35 +GST per program day
- Multiple programs e.g. a split routine over 3 days, the cost is 3 x $35.
- If at novice level or undergoing rehab, it is strongly recommended a PT session, or multiple, is booked for proper instruction.
Nutritional Advice
- Diet Diary Analysis: $150 +GST
- General Consult: $80 +GST /hr
