Simon is a highly experienced and qualified instructor, with over 25 years of training in Martial Arts, Fitness, Pilates, and Yoga. His passion for fitness and wellness stems from his own interest in martial arts, which he started at a young age. Simon's expertise and dedication to his craft have made him a sought-after instructor in the community.
