Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy
To secure your colour and keratin appointments, we require a $100 deposit, which is redeemable on the day of your appointment or forfeited if our cancellation policy is breeched. We request 48 hours' notice for cancelled appointments, with a 50% cost incurred for appointments cancelled between 24 and 48 hours prior. For less than 24 hours' notice, the full cost of the appointment will be incurred.
