6 Week Strength Camp
Our 6 Week Strength Camp is a comprehensive program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. After 6 weeks of dedicated training, we guarantee you'll walk away in a new body. Our program includes three key phases to maximize the benefits from strength training with an Exercise Scientist or Physiologist, unlimited training in our small group personal training with no more than 9 people per class, a proven science-based system to help get you stronger, fitter, and leaner, and a full nutrition plan including recipes, weekly plans, shopping lists, and eating out guides.
