- 1 on 1 personal training sessions: Our one-on-one personal training sessions are tailored to your individual goals and fitness levels. Each session is designed to challenge you and help you progress towards your fitness goals.
- Injury rehabilitation: Our trainers are specialists in injury management and rehabilitation. We work with you to design a training program that takes into account any injuries or limitations you may have, and helps you safely regain your fitness levels.
- Group personal training sessions/Boot camp sessions: Our group training sessions and boot camps are a fun and social way to get in that extra bit of exercise. These sessions are designed to be challenging, but also enjoyable, so you can look forward to working out with a group of like-minded people.
- Fitness retreats: Our fitness retreats are a great way to get away from the stresses of daily life and focus on your health and fitness. These retreats include a range of activities, such as hiking, yoga, and group training sessions, to help you improve your fitness and relax.
- Corporate personal training sessions: We offer corporate personal training sessions to help improve team building and corporate bonding. These sessions are a great way to get your team moving and working together in a fun and supportive environment.
- Adventure races: Our adventure races are a fun and challenging way to enjoy the great outdoors. These races include a range of activities, such as running, cycling, and kayaking, to help you test your fitness and have a great time.
- Sport-specific training: Our team has 20 years of experience working with top national and international level athletes. We can help you improve your performance in your chosen sport or activity, no matter what level you are at.
- Workplace massage: Our workplace massage services are designed to improve the health and well-being of staff. These services have been shown to directly impact the success of the organisation, by reducing stress and improving focus and productivity.
Meet the Team
Our team is led by Jeremy Kimpton, who has a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and is a Cert IV Master Personal Trainer (AFAC Approved). Jeremy is also a Level 1 Sports Trainer, First Aid - Level 2 (Senior), and Level 1 Triathlon Coach. Our team is passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, and we are committed to providing you with the knowledge and understanding you need to succeed.
