Lebrina Historic House is a social history of Lebrina, a 19th-century house in New Town, Tasmania, that has been home to many families and has a unique history of its own. The house was built by Thomas White in 1845 and has been lovingly preserved over the years. In addition to being a residence, Lebrina has also been a restaurant, operating continuously from 1994 to 2020. The house has changed hands only a few times since its construction and is considered an important part of Tasmania's architectural and culinary history. Today, the house is a privately owned historic home and remains a significant part of New Town's history and culture.
