All apartments are equipped with: En-suite to the master bedroom Fully equipped kitchen & laundry facilities Open plan living/dining area Balcony All of our three and a half to four and a half star, self-rated Gold Coast Broadwater apartments in the Tower have a private balcony where you can sit back and enjoy the views of Runaway Bay and environs. The Villa is near the street entrance, with balconies overlooking the gardens and one pool area that don't have Broadwater views. It is in a 3 level walk up building at the front of the property, whereas the Tower is at the rear on the waterfront. Please note: Not all units have air conditioning. We enjoy great breezes here right on the water.
