Facilities and Rooms
The outdoor facilities of the accommodation were a redeeming feature, but the rooms fell short of expectations. The rooms were described as dated, uninviting, and in need of total refurbishment. The decor was also criticized, and the beds were found to be uncomfortable.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were a major issue. One reviewer described the apartment as the worst they had experienced, citing thick black mould in the kitchen, unvacuumed carpets, blood on the carpet, rips in the furniture, and dried food on the tables. The manager was also unwilling to provide a refund, despite the poor condition of the accommodation.
