PTF 7-Step Process

1. Introduction: Your first session is complimentary and serves as an overview of the program and the exceptional service you can expect.
2. Induction: We gather essential information about your goals, preferences, and health status, setting the foundation for your personalised program.
3. FMS Screening: A personalised screening identifies any dysfunctional movement patterns, allowing us to create a program that avoids future injuries and corrects existing imbalances.
4. Personalised Mobility Program: Based on the FMS results, we provide a customised mobility program to correct any dangerous movement patterns, strengthen weak areas, and improve flexibility.
5. 4-Week Check-in: We conduct a follow-up meeting to ensure we exceed your expectations, address any concerns, and provide the support you need.
6. 8-Week Check-in: After gathering more data about your progress, we discuss your results, identify areas requiring improvement, and adjust your program accordingly.
7. Goal Re-assessment: A new FMS screening assesses your improvements, enabling us to redefine personalised goals and create new strategies for continued success.

- 3 Sessions per week: $120/week
- 5 Sessions per week: $160/week
- Personal Training: $150/hour
